Device Entitlements and Secure Authentication

PAiCore’s Entitlement Configuration Server (ECS) empowers mobile network operators to securely provision, manage, and authorize advanced network capabilities directly on subscriber devices. Serving as a central orchestration layer, the ECS bridges the operator’s core infrastructure with the native OS of smartphones and wearables, eliminating complex manual setups for modern IP-based services.

Fully compliant with the GSMA TS.43 specification, the platform communicates directly with the device’s built-in Entitlement Client. By utilizing native SIM-based EAP-AKA authentication, the ECS verifies device identity without user intervention. This architecture automates the activation of critical operator services, such as VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G network slicing, across the entire subscriber base.

Beyond service provisioning, this secure authentication framework enables operators to unlock new revenue streams through Silent Network Authentication (SNA). By issuing cryptographic proof credentials directly to the device, the ECS provides digital platforms, banks, and enterprises with transparent number verification. This completely eliminates the need for vulnerable one-time passwords (OTPs) while strictly preserving subscriber privacy.
