Open Source Network Business Monitor: Full Network Monitoring

In multi-platform telecom environments, issues can go undetected if there’s no clear view across systems. With different generations, vendors, and signaling protocols involved, network behavior becomes harder to track and even harder to troubleshoot.

Our open source Network Business Monitor (NBM) gives operators a real-time view across all core platforms and service nodes, regardless of how they communicate, whether over Diameter, HTTP, SS7, SIGTRAN, SMPP, or custom APIs.

NBM provides a unified observability layer that allows operators to monitor performance and events from a single interface—eliminating the need to switch between vendor tools or access individual nodes. This streamlines troubleshooting and enhances visibility across multi-vendor environments.

A key part of the NBM stack is now available as open source. This new version includes the ingestion module, which allows teams to parse, store, and analyze network traces, making it easier to integrate protocol-level insights into existing ETL workflows or internal monitoring systems.

In order to quickly detect or even anticipate network incidents, NBM provides a clear and unified view so that no issue goes undetected.
